Trés fiére de moi mes totalemnt épuisé .A ce jour je suis remonté a 102kg . Voila pour la petite histoire ... Maintenant j ai vraiment envie de retrouvé ma ligne je suis préte je pense a reussir pour de bon. Je viens d aller voir sur ton blog c est vrai que ton rééquilibrage a lair vraiment pas mal le seul probléme pour moi c est que je conte mangé pas mal de fruit et je vois que les fruit ne sont pas trop autorisé car il dpasse 50 c est sa sauf si on le mange avec un yaourt 0 si j ai bien compris .Petite question pour les féculents ont fais comment au juste ?
