Je veus que ces pulsions s'en aille et aller de l'avant...vais je y arriver ?

Et puis il existe tellement de parfum maintenant que l'on peut que trouver son bonheur. Bon par contre, je suis obligée de faire un tour au pipi-room en plein milieu de la nuit. Mais bon il faut choisir :D

J'ai de grave problème à la colonne (dont une hernie discale qui me provoque une sciatique chronique qui est moins grave que le reste, puisque l'autre chose est une névralgie ce qui me provoque des migraines quotidienne qui me donne l'envie de vomir et des vertiges)

MAIS il y a un "mais" depuis que j'ai repris ma vie sainement et que je marche + fais du vélo, sa va faire 3 semaines, j'ai l'impression que ma sciatique va "mieux" sans prendre de cachets, j'ai commencé à avoir mal hier après 15 min de vélo, 1h30 de marche et 1h de ménage (avant c'était en 10 min, et je ne pouvais plus poser la jambe parterre sans avoir les larmes aux yeux et tout le tralala (pourtant je suis pas du genre à me plaindre de la douleur et je la supporte plutôt bien, mais d'habitude à ce stade je ne tiens plus) et de même pour ma névralgie, sa va faire 15 jours que je n'en ai pas eut alors que "normalement"c'est tous les jours (sa fait 2 ans qu'elle était devenue chronique et que les médecins ne savaient plus quoi faire pour m'aider :roll: sauf me mettre sous cachets ultra fort quoi....)

Je pense donc que moins on est actif (de peur de la douleur comme c'était le cas pour moi, je ne voulais même plus monter dans voiture car au bout de 2 min la névralgie augmentait et me rendait malade) donc je disais, je pense que moins on est actif pire c'est ! Il faut se ménager c'est sûr, je sais très bien qu'il ne faut pas que je porte quelque chose (même un poids de 5kg) sinon je suis foutue lol (mais pour le reste je ne ressent que de l'amélioration et sincèrement je ne suis pas prête d'arrêter une activité même basique car je vois les effets super que sa a sur mon bien-être (moins de douleur, + de souffle, plus d'entrain, et un meilleurs moral !)

Et pour l'amoindrissement des douleurs je pense également que ma perte de poids y est pour quelque chose (c'est un ensemble) !

Désolée pour cet énorme pâté mais je voulais partager mon expérience :oops:

J'ai jamais eu de problemes de dos auparavant, mais nous venons de faire construire, et pendant 2 mois j'ai été tres active (porter des cartons, poncer, peindre...) Et puis il y a 2 mois j'ai commencé a avoir un genre de sciatique mais que du genou a la cheville gauche . Et il y a 1 mois , impossible de bouger, le bas du dos bloqué !
J'ai donc une hernie discale L5 S1 , avec pincement du nerf , ce qui me donne cette douleure aigue lorsque je marche. Le docteur qui m'a fait passé ce scanner, m'a dit que c'était limite opérable !!!

Du coup ds un premier temps j'ai eu des anti inflammatoire et paracétamol...ca a bien marché sur le dos mais pas la jambe. En fait ma cheville gauche n'a plus de reflexe :(
Du coup hier mon doc m'a fait un courrier pr voir un spécialiste et je ne vais pas pouvoir éviter les infiltrations .

Malgré le mal, le weekend je m'efforce de sortir en famille et me balader, mais le mal me rattrape vite.
C'est pourquoi je décide de maigrir, en espérant que ca fasse quelque chose.

En tout cas ravie de savoir que sur toi ca marche ;)
