Moi je me languis ma pesée de demain avec ce forum ^^ jespere des bonnes nouvelles ! mais voilà evite tous les jours c'est vraiment pas bon et si tu fait des ecarts ne te sent pas coupable ca aide pas ^^

Matin: rien
Midi: salade riz, tomate, thon + 2 wings de poulet a l'indienne.
camenbert avec un peu de pain. activia citron.

Apres midi : thé (obligé, j'etais chez des anglais , at the tea time =D )

Soir: Sport : 2h 15 de marche avec ma mere. Qui marche plutot vite d'ailleurs pour une fille qu'aime pas marcher sans regarder le paysage je trouve ^^^^^

et j'ai ramassé des fraises dans le jardin, donc en rentrant. 1 bol de fraise + ...... Chantillly, j'ai fait ma gourmande la :( :(:((:(:(:(:(

Allez demain, je dois bosser et aller au dodo donc... Pourtant, j'ai pas sommeil. je comprend pas ce rapport que j'ai avec la nourriture. Quand je vous vois toutes, je me sens faible. Horriblement faible. Je me mets encore plus une pression. Je vois tout le monde maigrir :( Pas moi.

Je fais du sport tous les jours. Et je vois rien. Pas un gr... Le stress serait il facteur de prise de poid? Parce que je mntre tet pas, mais au fond de moi je dois etre TRES stressée (je perds mes cheveux, ma peau est pleine d'excema...) , je me dis que peut etre c'est du a ça? Vous en pensez quoi les filles? Avant j'avais l'excuse reds , mais plus maintenant ^^

Bon je vais au dodo, la nuit porte conseil dit on. ;D

ne t'inquiètes pas, pour la balance, ça va venir.

et je confirme qu'avec le sport, on ne voit pas forcément tout de suite le résultat sur la balance, un moment j'avais peur de ma pesée mensuelle à la salle de sport, je disais à ma coach que je n'avais rien perdu. Résultat: j'avais pris du muscle et j'avais moins de masse graisseuse d'après leur balance.

En faisant attention à ce que tu manges, il n'y a pas de raison à ce que tu ne perdes pas, si ton corps résiste, il va bien finir par lâcher quelques grammes lol.

Tu dis que tu te sens faible, mais il ne faut pas, chacune a son rythme et méthode, rien de plus. C'est déjà bien que tu aies eu le déclic de vouloir rééquilibrer ton alimentation, continues à croire que tu peux vaincre ces 8kg, et pas de stress:)

Je suis du coup moins stressé....;)
Ne t'inquiète pas du tout,avec ces efforts(à part la chantilly)mdr;ton poids va finir par descendre...

bonjour emily, désolée de t'avoir laché !!!pffff, je suis pas fière de moi au vu de ta page!!!! bon, la balance: faut que quelqu'un te rende le meme service que mon chéri. parce que tu as le meme souci que moi: un + et hop tu perds courage. doc mamaouth, te dis arretes de te faire du mal, parles en à ta maman et ta soeur.
ta perte de poids: on reprends ce regime au sérieux sans sauter tes repas! et puis si moi je perds + de 2 kg pour cette 1ere semaine, c'est normal: je suis doc mamouth, et toi, tu es une petite puce: bref, tu es pres du poids idéal, donc les derniers kilos sont les plus rancuniers! (raison de plus pour planquer ta balance) en plus, en pleine période de stress d'exam' rien de plus normal. tu fais beaucoup de sport et comme on le repète :le muscle est plus lourd que la cellulite. donc pas de souci. continues et ne lache pas. autre chose: le metabolisme brule plus de calories pour digérer un morceaux de protéine. alors, quand dans ton regime chrono on te dit de manger du poisson ou de la viande. il faut. attention le riz!!! la quantité est à limiter. il vaut mieux une pomme de terre qui sera moins stocké que le riz. et qui te constipera moins. je suis pré-diabetique. quand je prends du riz, c'est foutu! ma glycémie fait la gueule. c'est pour ça, que je me limite toujours à 2 càs. bon, ça, c'est ma science infuse-confuse!lol!
le tout est que tu souffles. que tu repenses en lisant ton post et en repensant à ce que tu as vécu dernièrement, à comment tu t'es casser la figure. tes qualités, tes failles.tu corriges ce qui ne va pas. tu étais bien partie et bien entourée. il faut juste ne pas te décourager! je te souhaite une journée parfaite ma petite puce!

Pour la balance, c'est bon, c'est planqué. J'espèere que si je fais moins attention à mon poids qui varie beaucoup sur une nuit par exemple, je serais moins fixée dessus.
Midi donc c'est salade, on se reprend. La je vais faire 1/2 heure de corde a sauter (ça me rapelle quand j'etais jeune :D )
Et ce soir, ma mère me ramène pour une ballade de 2h..
Je mise sur le sport.

Je vais donc éviter le riz, mais j'adooore ça ! on se fera des pdt vapeur ds la salade alors :)
